My neighbourhood is walking distance to seaside village of Horsehoe Bay which has amenities like restaurants and food and gift shops a hairsalon and coffee shops. 10 minutes walk away is Gleneagles reccentre which has a gym and many fitness classes. Also close by are beaches and walking and hiking trails. Rockridge Secondary school bus stop is a few blocks away and Rockridge is only a 5 minute drive from here. There is a downtown Vancouver bus stop few blocks away also. Several times a day there is an express bus that will take you downtown in about 20 minutes.
