My neighbourhood is in Central Nanaimo. There is a main bus stop behind country club mall which is a 10 minute from my house. Or you can catch the bus on Departure Bay Rd which is a 3 minute walk. We are close to Country Club Mall, North Town Centre, and a 10 minute bus ride to Woodgrove Mall. It is a 15 minute bus to VIU. It is a 10 minute bus ride to downtown. Beban pool is a 8 minute bus ride, and the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre is about a 15 minute bus ride. There are several restaurants near by and a movie theatre at North Town Centre and also at Woodgrove mall.
