This is a wonderful neighborhood to live in. We are a two minute walking distance to the Vedder Trail where you can bike ride or walk daily. The University of Fraser Valley in chilliwack is a 20 min walk (according to google maps) or a two minute car drive. If you are going to UFV in Abbotsford there is a shuttle bus (30 min ride). Highschools are within walking distance. There is a recreation center and restaurants and a grocery store about a 20 minute walk or quick bike ride. The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly.

We are avid bike riders! If you would like to ride a bike we could always get an extra one. My husband used to be a chef so, he is great at cooking up anything!
