In Briarmoor Manor Subdivision, our house is at the entrance on a large corner lot with a 2 entrance driveway. Sidewalks, elementary schools, parks, green spaces are within walking distances. Briarcliff Rd. is the main road, directly behind our yard where a city bus stop is conveniently located. Less than 1/2 mile south is (public) Lakeside High School, & under a mile west is (private) St. Pius X school. We are less than 3 miles from the Mercer University Atlanta Campus & less than 8 miles from the Perimeter Campus of Georgia State University. Georgia State and Georgia Tech are both a quick 20 min away, maybe longer depending on traffic or exact part of those campuses. It is very easy to find them from our area of Atlanta or by riding MARTA, the local transit bus/train system. We are less than 6 miles from Georgia Piedmont Technical College & 14 miles to Gwinnett College, Lilburn Campus. The nearest MARTA train station is Chamblee and it is only 4.5 miles from our house.

Im a teacher and my dad, who lives with me, is a retired United Methodist Minister. I enjoy reading, being with our 2 "mature" corgi girls, DIY projects, crafts, trying new recipes, & shopping. Dad is a former pilot (only for fun-or Civil Air Patrol!), a guitar player, casual gardner, fitness & hiking enthusiast and a great "papa" to his 4 grandchildren!
