We are 20-25mins walk away from Scott Road Main-Hub with variety of store such as McDonald, Dollar Store, Walmart and many other small shop/stores.

		This is a homestay in Delta, British Columbia V4C3J1. We are very close to 3 high schools for Host Teens. Sands (we have a student there now), Delview, Sands SS, North Delta SS and Burnsview (French Immersion) They will be driven to school each day and bus home (10min)...it can be walked in 25 minutes as well. One block away is the Bus Route for University students to either SFU Surrey Campus (20min) or to the Skytrain to the Burnaby Campus (30min). There are also the Kwantlen locations in Surrey that can reached via Bus. Student must be female as we have a female student arriving in 2018.
