I am a single lady with my own home, its lonely, I enjoy kids, learning about other countries and the company, showing them Calgary etc. Ive been doing this for 8 years Walking, music, cooking, parks, weekend drives to the country, shopping We are in a great and safe location, 2 houses away from the bus stop, Only one bus to go downtown to City Center shopping etc.
We live close to a beautiful park – Bowness Park, and a great shopping mall, Market Mall, — we are blocks from Bowness High School.
Neighbours are very friendly and we are on the next block from a strip mall. University of Calgary is a 25 minute bus ride also, very close. The two rooms are bright, have a desk, chair, dresser night table and closet.

I am a young proffessional in a house that has plenty of room for someone else to share in a great area with lots of bus routes, parks, shops, etc. I have travelled and love meeting new people and think Canada and the people here are great and would Spending time outdoors/nearby parks with my choclate lab puppies(have them only part time)and in our yard and back deck… reading, watching movies, going to the cabin, spending time with friends and family, going to the nearby YMCA/Gym. 4 houses down from one main route to the YMCA(3 min walk); and main bus routes and Convenience store. 2 blocks away from food/clothing/gas. A nice park down the back lane…lots of trees and central to buses into downtown, and to other areas such as little italy(cordon) and St.Vital mall. The Second floor has two bedrooms and an office as well as a washroom.
The main floor has a living room, foyer, dinning room and eat in large kitchen. There is also a finished rec room with a washroom and landry room.
There is plenty of space and a tv could be put in the living room to accomidate your own tv room.
There is also a back deck with seating and a big back yard. Nearby there are two main bus routes, one into downtown and one to the rapid transit station which has a direct bus to the U of M. Food, gas, malls, 7-11 are all close by as well as the YMCA/Gym and pool.

I have been to almost every country of the world. I lived and worked in Japan. I appreciate world culture and language. Jogging. Gym. Dancing. Wonderful neighbourhood. Beautiful surroundings. The house is on high grounds, facing sun south , therefore very healthy and invigorating.
Beautiful, Upper Lynn Valley, 6 minutes to bus, 25 minutes to Down Town. Convenient, close to shopping.

We would like to have a guest in our home to share our lifestyle and have my son interact and learn from someone that is from another country. So we can learn from them as much as they can learn from us. we are active out in the wilderness as we hike and snowshoe. Bike and camp as well as trips to the beach. There is a community centre in our area as well. Our area is quiet, there are three parks in the immediate surrounding areas. We have shops and restaurants a short walk away as well as walking distance to a number of buses and skytrain that will be convenient for travel to downtown, UBC, BCIT, Art Institute, SFU and other schools. We have a community centre close by as well with numerous activities that one can take part in and lots of ravine walking trails A large room with a great newer bed. Large closet with floor to ceiling mirrors, large window in room that opens plus a smaller window on the other wall – lots of natural light. Night stand and putting in a desk. On the main floor of our home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Use of our pool in the summer months.
