A short walk from our home are beautiful beaches lovely hiking trails and in the center of the village are shops and restaurants. Horseshoe Bay is home to the ferry terminal which provides service to the coastal islands. The bus service is very good. A 25 minute express bus to downtown Vancouver and a five minute bus to Rockridge Senior Secondary can be caught two blocks away. Whistler Ski Resort is a one hour car trip away. Four blocks away is a beautiful new recreation centre offering the latest equipment and classes. The beautiful Gleneagles Golf Course is also four blocks away.

Also close by are beaches and walking and hiking trails. Rockridge Secondary school bus stop is a few blocks away and Rockridge is only a 5 minute drive from here. There is a downtown Vancouver bus stop few blocks away also. Several times a day there is an express bus that will take you downtown in about 20 minutes.

Memorial Library. The bus stop is only one block away and it take two min to get there. It takes about 30min. to get to downtown by bus.
