Our family lives in a 4-bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house in a quiet leafy suburb in the heart of Guildford, Surrey, BC. Our home is a 5 minute walk to Guildford Town Centre Mall, Empire theater, Johnston Heights Secondary School (15 minute walk to North Surrey Secondary School), Bonaccord Elementary school and 15 minute drive from the beaches in White Rock and Peace Arch US border crossing. We have a kitchen and dining room that opens up into a lovely living room/family room. This family room leads to a garden with an elevated barbecue area. We have a bicycle which our homestay/guest can borrow during their stay and bike around in the trail and park close by. Aside from parks and community centres, we are surrounded with trendy cafes, bars and restaurants as well grocery stores.
