It is a great neighborhood and a building itself. There is huge mall (Fairview mall http://www.fairviewmall.ca/home/index.ch2) 15 min walking distance, with all the most popular stores in North America, with movie theaters. A subway line is going directly in the mall with a bus route directly to front of the building. There is a Go train line 20 minutes walking distance with direct line to down town, one stop just in 18 min. There is a Community centre in the area of Fairview mall and medical building with walk in clinic. Seneca College is just 15 min by bus. Science Centre is just 15 min. south of Don Mills Rd.
