Located in east burnaby on the border of burnaby and new westminster. Almost directly in front of a bus stop. Minutes from skytrain. An aquatic centre and fitness area is about a 5 min walk from the house. Also central to many malls including: metrotown, lougheed mall, and guildford mall. Using public transit the home is about 45 mins from downtown, 90 mins to UBC, less than 30 mins to SFU, and only about 5-10 mins from douglas college.
