Our home is located 10 minutes from the largest shopping mall in British Columbia. Our home is short walking distance to nearby convenience and grocery stores, restaurants and high schools. We are two blocks to a highly recommended private school that accepts international students studying high school. We are two blocks to the nearest transit line and 5 minutes to the nearest Skytrain Station. Commuting to downtown will take you approx. 25 minutes from our door. We are 25 minutes from the second largest University, Simon Fraser University. We are central to many shopping areas, parks and restaurants. Our neighborhood is a family oriented place that is quite and pleasant to many of its residents. You are able to experience the night life of downtown within 25 minutes of our home by using the Sky Train System.
