Very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Capilano University can be accessed through a trail, which is located minutes from our house. Our house is approximately a 10-minute walk to transit (30-minute ride to downtown Vancouver) and a 5-minute bus ride to Phibbs Exchange (bus loop).
