A quiet and friendly neighbourhood, fine neighbours, lots of parks and schools, tennis courts, nature sites. 2 buses to the subway and 25 minutes to downtown. Going downtown I prefer to use the Toronto transit rather than driving. We are located close to the York University and the Seneca Colleges and quite a few high schools in the area. Lots of shopping malls and stores.
