Also Red River College Princess Campus and U of W are close. There is a community centre a block away for jogging and tennis, and a bus stop across the street. The Exchange District and downtown are a 10 minute bus ride or a nice walk when time and weather permits. This is a middle upstairs bedroom with hardwood floor and area rug. All the furnishings will be new. There is an upstairs bathroom just a room away. It has good natural light from a floor to ceiling window and a hook-up for computer internet

I am Australian and my wife is Colombian. We have lernt so much being together about each others cultures and enjoyed getting to know each others friends and family. When we decieded to rent out some rooms we wanted to do it with international people Playing sport, music, food, traveling. Quiet high profile neighbourhood. Plenty of buses running frequently. Close to asian capital Box Hill and 25mins from Melbourne city on a bus. All universities are reachable by public transport. We love Doncaster as it has the best of everything the high profile Westfield Doncaster shopping centre. Front of house, polished floors, large windows and built in cupboards. Beautiful queen size bed in a large room with study desk. Included in room price is a lounge room you will only share with one other person. It has lounge chairs DVD player and a large 42inch Plazma TV. Off Street Parking available to you.

We are not providing meals at this time, but if this fishing, movies, TV, outdoors, beach, camping, golf, video games Nice neighborhood with bus transportaion just around the corner. Grocery store within walking distance. Near Miami Dade College if you are planing to study. We have a nice, big and clean house located in a family oriented gated community, . The room is spacious, bright and has a fulL size bed, night table and TV. Wireless intenet service is available and you will be able to use our washer and dryer to do your laundry. Bus transportation is just around the corner. Very convenient. We dont provide meals at this time, but if this is important to you, we can make arrangements.
