We have provided homestay in the past and really enjoyed it. We want to be able to share our home and our life with an international student. We are really excited to have a student live with us and welcome the opportunity for this again. We are a very active and outdoorsy family who enjoys sports, skiing, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, etc. We also enjoy going to movies and playing games at home. We are in a quite cul-de-sac with a school and park at the end of the street. There is a bus stop half a block away and a variety of shopping and community centers close by. Our home also has an excellent city and river view. This is a ground floor suite with large window featuring a lot of natural light.

Close to Silver City Cinemas, Stores in Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster.
Interesting area of Coquitlam, Mallardville has a history

Maillardville, named for Father Maillard, a young Oblate from France, was more than just a French-Canadian enclave in Western Canada. It was a vibrant community, the largest Francophone centre west of Manitoba, and the seed for the future growth of Coquitlam. Nice room, there is quite abit of space, living room and the full bathroom to be used just by the homestay students. Share living area, above ground basement so nice and light.
