Very safe neighbourhood, we have lived here and raised a family for the last 21 years. Very comfortable queen bed, large desk, cable TV in room, wireless internet, large sunny window. Property is 1/3 acre enclosed by six ft. fence. Schoolbus and public transit stops in front of house. The dog is a teacup poodle, non-allergenic and loves company.

Ivanhoe East has a decent crowd amongst the other. Very near to Ivanhoe Girl Grammar or Ivanhoe Grammar. Established and mature area to live. This is an elevated ground floor apartment that have a big window in the living hall and a balcony in front.

The room has a big panel of windows which has unblocked view and at least 7 feet higher than the road level outside. Built in wardrobe. New bed and mattressess and the blankets as well. New table and chair too.

The apartment is fully wood flooring with fairly new built-ins, all electricals, furnitures , fabrics and utensils are new.
