Building is a 5 minute walk away from Gateway Skytrain Station, 10 minutes away from SFU Surrey Campus, 30 minutes away from SFU Burnaby Campus, about 30 mintues away from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and about 45 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. Gym, supermarket, shopping centre, and library are within short walking distance.
