Our area is quiet, there are three parks in the immediate surrounding areas. We have shops and restaurants a short walk away as well as walking distance to a number of buses and skytrain that will be convenient for travel to downtown, UBC, BCIT, Art Institute, SFU and other schools. We have a community centre close by as well with numerous activities that one can take part in and lots of ravine walking trails
