Quiet family orientated neighbourhood. One block to buses accessing Royal Roads University (40 mins travel by bus) UVIC (1 hr travel by bus) and Camosun College. 20 minute drive or 45 mins bus to downtown Victoria. 5 minutes drive to downtown Langford.
